• None

Advice

• Refer to ophthalmology if there are features suggesting malignant transformation
  
  • Enlargement of the existing naevus
  • Development of prominent blood vessels
  • Pupillary distortion
  • Ectropion uveae

• Whenever possible include an image of the lesion centred in the middle of the image

• Ultrasound
• Referral to tertiary centre for opinion
