• Transplant decompensation
• Infective keratitis
• Anterior uveitis

Treatment

• None, unless rapid access to ophthalmology impossible
• PoM If infection excluded, Prednisolone 1% or Dexamethasone 0.1% hourly till reviewed by ophthalmology

• Emergency (same day) referral
